Industar offer contract hires on electric tow tugs that start at 12 months and can last up to 5 years. If you want to hire beyond five years, then this is possible. Contract hire monthly payments can be increased or reduced by increasing/decreasing the deposit paid upfront; so you can find a balance that suits you.
There are no usage limits or punitive penalties – you should be able to use equipment as much as you need or want to.
