With a 40,000kg capacity, the V-Move 4XL is a step up from our V-Move 3XL. It has powerful drive motors and hydraulic steering, allowing you to move heavy loads with no effort.
Due to its size, there’s not a lot this electric tug can’t move. As the V-Move trailer tug machine is so adaptable, customers use it to move all sorts of things. This includes space apparatus along a production line. As well as specialist medical trailers.

Battery & charging
A full charge of our V-Move electric tow tugs can last one to two working days (depending on usage and environment). Enhanced batteries are available on request.
Our chargers are external and use a standard UK 3-pin plug socket. The charging box must be wall-mounted to help with air circulation. The charger plugs into the side of the trailer tug. Meaning you do not have to remove the batteries.
Full charging takes 5 to 8 hours, which is perfect for charging overnight. The charger is a trickle charger, meaning you cannot overcharge.

A motion siren can warn others in the vicinity that an item is been moved. Applicable whether the unit is in forward or reverse.
Beacons & Lights
Flashing beacons and motion sirens are available to warn others in the vicinity items are moving. Beacons can be fitted to the mover or on a pole.
Solid Rubber Tyres
Ideal for indoor use in factories and warehouses. Puncture resistant with great traction.
Non-Marking Tyres
Working in a clean environment, solid rubber non-marking tyres are available in different sizes.
A-Frames & Towing Eyes
If you already have pins fitted on your loads, a range of A-Frames are available for your mover providing easy and secure hitching.
Industrial Pin
Heavy duty pin with r-clip to securely move all manner of loads and trollies around. Ideal if your loads are fitted with a hitching eye.
Open Pin
If you are hitching a load on and off your mover frequently, you may want to consider this option for increased speed and efficiency.
Tow Ball
Tow balls are available for attachment to your mover, enabling use with standard trailer hitches fitted on your loads.
