The V-Move XXL Electric Tow Tug has a 20,000kg towing capacity. It allows you to move cumbersome loads with ease. A range of couplings are available.
Impressive & easy to use electric tow tug
The V-Move XXL electric tow Tug is one of our larger movers. The 10kW power that the motor delivers lets you move heavy loads with ease.
The 20,000 kg capacity lets you use the V-Move XXL in many applications. No longer do you need to have many tow tugs for different uses. Although powerful, the footprint is not excessive. This could make it a better option for you than the V-Move XL+ tow tug.
Adaptable & powerful
We can build the V-Move XXL with different options, so it suits your needs.
Options include counter-weights, hydraulic lifts and non-marking tyres. In addition, features such as motion sirens & safety beacons are available.
Many customers have had great success with this unit. Our customers have moved cable drums & static caravans with this unit. Verhagen Leiden has moved containers & vehicle chassis using this unit.
Battery & charging
Our V-Move electric tugs can operate on one charge for one to two full working days. Of course, this depends on usage and the environment. Enhanced batteries are available on request.
Our chargers are external and use a standard UK 3-pin plug socket. The charging box must be wall-mounted to help with air circulation. The charging cable plugs straight into the side of the tug without the need to remove batteries.
Charging takes between 5 to 8 hours for a full charge which is perfect for charging overnight. In addition, the charger has a trickle function which means you do not have to worry about overcharging.

This unit can have different tyres & couplings fitted. Whatever the application, we should be able to configure a machine for you.
Motion Siren
A motion siren can warn others in the vicinity that an item is been moved. Applicable whether the unit is in forward or reverse.
Beacons & Lights
Flashing beacons and motion sirens are available to warn others in the vicinity items are moving. Beacons can be fitted to the mover or on a pole.
Solid Rubber Tyres
Ideal for indoor use in factories and warehouses. Puncture resistant with great traction.
Non-Marking Tyres
Working in a clean environment, solid rubber non-marking tyres are available in different sizes.
A-Frames & Towing Eyes
If you already have pins fitted on your loads, a range of A-Frames are available for your mover providing easy and secure hitching.
Industrial Pin
Heavy duty pin with r-clip to securely move all manner of loads and trollies around. Ideal if your loads are fitted with a hitching eye.
Open Pin
If you are hitching a load on and off your mover frequently, you may want to consider this option for increased speed and efficiency.
Tow Ball
Tow balls are available for attachment to your mover, enabling use with standard trailer hitches fitted on your loads.
Central Hydraulic Hitches
Needing to hook the mover under your load or easily attach a trailer? Hydraulic lift options are available.
Rear Hydraulic Hitches
Needing to hook the mover under your load or easily attach a trailer? Hydraulic lift options are available.
Custom Colours
As standard, our movers come in a bright red colour however if you have specific colours you want to use, we can offer this.
Remote Control
Ideal for providing extra visibility whilst moving the load. Stand back and control the movement with full view.
